Combine that with a the mana refresh spell and you basically can have as many minions as you mana bar can sustain between the cooldown of the refresh spell. The thing why I mentioned Mental Magic being borderline Op with Necro is the fact that I can boost my already maxed out int with it even further. TOoD is pretty easy, BoW is a bit harder in that regard. The thing with Necro is, when you push for as much int as possible you don't really struggle until lv 12 spells anyway. And since I struggle to find much of a challenge anymore it's well just me trying to break the game in various ways now ^ I mean I've got a borderline amount of playtime in Spellforce myself. I have hundreds of runs completed.ītw I just realized, "Du kannst ja deutsch lol" and thought myself why not chat in german then. The mana spell is IMHO only necessary with summoning builds and for impatient people :P If you play smart, the mana always is enough for basically all fights in all campaigns. I also do not understand why everyone uses defensive mana as often. Ice is simply and by far the most op magic you only add fire so enemies die faster or if they're resistant). A lot of micromanagement necessary juggling the mana refresh (you need level 12 AND 13 at least!). before that you use other auras, strength boost or attack speed boost). MM-defensivve (mana generation) + BM/necro (only later you get the strong spectres and iron ones, until then you have to use subpar summons) +WM/boons (aura of eternity on all of your summons. Without mods you won't get all necessary scrolls for your build, it will need some time and luck. Yeah but how long do you need until you're powerful? The "Ice/FIre/Healing or Boons" build is strong through all phases and against all enemies and situations.
